A wedding paradise on a private lake in Brevard, 70 minutes from Asheville. An arched bridge leads on to ceremony island with a wedding gazebo. We supply the facilities and the bride selects her own services. The 2,400 sq.ft. reception pavilion can accommodate up to 180 guests and comes with tables, seating, lighting, a caterers prep area, optional video projector, an illuminated wedding cake table, decorations and many other amenities. A wedding coordinator is available also. If an indoor venue is required, the sides of the pavilion can be closed in. There is also a tent for the ceremony island. When the formal reception is over, there are games and boats available for the guests to use and celebrations can continue well into the night. We also specialize in Green Weddings.
The resort is yours for the whole weekend. We can accommodate up to 26 overnight guests at the resort and another 100+ guests nearby. There is a bridal cottage directly on the lake for the bride and groom and several 1BR and larger houses for groups. The basic price for a wedding and ceremony of 150 is $2,600.
