Please read the following carefully before using this website (“Site”).We provide this Service to you subject to specific Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms of Use”, “TOU”). We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice to you, and, by using this Site, you agree that any such modification will be effective immediately upon posting the modification. Further, by using this Site and the information and Services available through this Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use. We suggest that you check these Terms of Use periodically for modifications.If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use this Site.
Whether you are a visitor (“Visitor”) seeking to use our Service or an advertiser (“Advertiser”) seeking to advertise your goods or services on our Site, the Terms of Use apply to Visitors (“Visitor Agreement”) and Advertisers (“Advertiser Agreement”) alike and are part of a binding legal contract between you and us. Certain terms or conditions that relate only to Visitors or only to Advertisers are specifically noted.Otherwise, the entire Terms of Use apply to all who use our Service.
Your questions or comments about this Site and our Services are always welcome. If you believe any material on our Site is inaccurate or inappropriate, please let us know by sending your comments or concerns, with a copy or link to any material you wish to discuss, to the contact found at the conclusion of the TOU.
OUR PRIVACY POLICY
What This Privacy Policy Covers. This policy covers how we treat personal information that we collect and receive, including information related to your past use of this Site and our Service. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. This policy does not apply to the actions of companies that metroBRIDAL LLC does not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.
How we protect your privacy online. Our Site uses some of the most secure forms of online communication available, including data encryption, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, and user names and passwords. These technologies provide a high level of security and privacy when you access your account information or initiate online financial transactions.
Member Account, Password and Security. You will receive a passwordand account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. For your protection, we recommend that you do not provide your account information, user name, or password to anyone. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.metroBRIDAL LLC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.
Information Collection, Sharing, Use and Disclosure. This Site collects limited personal information when you register with us, when you use our Services and when you visit our pages or the pages of certain advertisers and partners. When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, telephone numbers, etc. Once you register with this Site and sign in to our Services, you are not anonymous to us. We collect information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners. We automatically receive and record on our server logs information from your browser, including your IP address, your cookie information, and the page(s) you request. We use this information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for our Service, improve our Service, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
metroBRIDAL LLC does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or Services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
If you are a Visitor registered with our Service as a bride or groom (“Bride or Groom”), we make available for a minimum period of one year from your registration date, the limited personal information you provide to certain Advertisers who advertise with this Site under these Terms of Use. The limited personal information you provide at registration is used to customize your experience by delivering targeted information to you from our Advertisers, frequently by correspondence, email notification and telecommunications to you. However, the Advertisers do not have any independent right to share this information with any others.
By registering on this site as a Visitor or by subscribing as an Advertiser, you hereby consent to our use of personal information a follows:
1. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
2. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Site TOU, or as otherwise required by law.
3. We transfer information about you if this Site is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, we will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. We may display targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meed the targeting criteria - for example, women ages 24-30 from a particular geographic area. This Site does not provide any personal infomation to the Advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the Advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to our Service, such as Service announcements, administrative messages and AshevilleBridal.com Advertisemail that are considered part of your AshevilleBridal.com account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
Cookies. To help make this Site more responsive to the needs of our visitors, we make use of a typical feature of Internet browser software known as a ‘cookie’ — a tiny piece of information that we ask your browser to store on your computer’s hard drive. However, we make very limited use of these cookies. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (through registration, for example), we won't know who you are, even if we assign a cookie to your computer. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply. We do not use them to pull data from your hard drive, to learn your e-mail address, or to view data in cookies created by other websites. We won't share the information in our cookies or give others access to it—except to help us better serve your Bridal needs. By using cookies, we can build a better Site if we know which pages our users are visiting and how often.
We may use our own cookies for a number of purposes, including to:
1. Access your information when you "log in," so that we can provide you with customized content, such as your “Plan the Perfect Wedding™” web page.
2. Keep track of preferences you specify while you are using our Service - for example, the local zip code you want to use when researching businesses.
3. Estimate and report our total audience size and traffic.
4. Conduct research to improve the Site content and Service.
5. Require you to re-enter your Site password after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.
Our Advertisers and the third parties that provide products or Services through our Site may also assign their own cookies to your browser, a process that we do not control. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. Each browser’s setup is different – check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences. If you reject all cookies, you will not be able to use our Services that require you to "sign in," and you may not be able to take full advantage of all Site offerings. However, you may remain completely anonymous without registration and still take advantage of the wealth of free information available on our Site provided by our Advertisers.
Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information. You can edit your Account Information on this Site at any time by logging into the appropriate “Control Panel” page.You can request that we delete your Account from this Site on the same page. If you ask us to delete your Account, in most cases your Account will be deactivated immediately and then deleted from the applicable registration database in approximately 90 days. This delay is necessary to discourage users of our Site from engaging in fraudulent activity. Please note that any information that we have copied may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after your deletion request. This may be the case even though no information about your account remains in our active user database.
OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You are forbidden to submit material that is subject to the legal protection as the intellectual property of any third party, including, but not limited to, copyright and trademarks, without the prior written permission from the owner of such intellectual property. Since there are unlimited possible sources on the ever-expanding Internet, it is impossible for us to know if a submission represents an infringement of the rights of any third party. Therefore the author of a submission is responsible for ensuring that his/her concept does not violate any existing third party intellectual property rights.
Certain names, logos, and/or phrases on these pages may constitute trademarks and/or copyrights of metroBRIDAL LLC or its clients. The marks "AshevilleBridal.com," “metroBRIDAL LLC” and the content of this Site are the sole property of metroBRIDAL LLC. Reproduction in whole or in part is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission.
Trademarks. We do not want confusion as to which materials and services are provided by us and which are not. You may not use any trademark or service mark appearing on our Site without the prior written consent of the owner of the mark. “metroBRIDAL,” "Plan the Perfect Wedding," "AshevilleBridal.com" and the metroBRIDAL LLC and AshevilleBridal.com word marks are trademarks of metroBRIDAL LLC. These trademarks, service marks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not metroBRIDAL LLC's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits metroBRIDAL LLC.
Copyright policy. All content on this Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, audio clips, logos, buttons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, software, icons, HTML code, and XML code, is the property of metroBRIDAL LLC, its affiliates or its suppliers, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of metroBRIDAL LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this Site is the exclusive property of metroBRIDAL LLC or its software suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and other laws. Other graphics, logos, page headers, and Service names are trademarks or trade dress of metroBRIDAL LLC.
Proprietary Rights. You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Service (which includes all Visitor information, trademarks, copyrights, trade secret information, know-how and any other intellectual property of metroBRIDAL LLC and its affiliated companies) contain proprietary and confidential information of metroBRIDAL LLC or third parties that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by metroBRIDAL LLC or our Advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the software, in whole or in part, and further acknowledge that you have no right to use, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or the software except pursuant to a validly existing Advertiser subscription or Visitor registration with this Site. Any unauthorized use of the Services and/or software shall be subject to legal action by metroBRIDAL LLC and its affiliate.
SPAM. Email addresses from the postings on this Site and email addresses contained within the Advertiser profiles may not be used by outside vendors or other third parties for purposes of solicitation. Unsolicited emails to our registrants or to our Advertisers may also constitute misrepresentation, misappropriation of our business name and reputation, unfair competition, and violate laws that prohibit unsolicited email (“Spam”). Spam is an insidious nuisance and we have zero tolerance for it. We will immediately terminate any account that we believe is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any spam or other unsolicited bulk email.
Limited License and Site Access. Although we make our Site freely accessible, we do not intend to give up our rights, or anyone else's rights, to the materials appearing on the Site. The materials available through our Site are the property of metroBRIDAL, LLC, AshevilleBridal.com or our Advertisers, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. MetroBRIDAL, LLC, AshevilleBridal.com and our Advertisers hereby grant you, as a Visitor, a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to view, bookmark, download, and print the pages within this Site and the documents, graphics, and media incorporated on those pages subject to limits described elsewhere in this document solely for your personal, informational and non-commercial use for so long as you maintain a valid Visitor registration or Advertiser subscription to this Site. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, post, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any pages, data, information, software, products, or Services obtained from this Site, unless you have obtained the prior written permission of the contact found at the conclusion of the Terms of Use or you are using a service from one of our Advertisers available through this Site. Of course, you're free to encourage others to access the information themselves on our Site. Any unauthorized use of the Services and/or software shall be subject to legal action by metroBRIDAL LLC and its affiliate. You are solely responsible for obtaining, paying for, repairing, and maintaining all of the equipment, telephone lines, and other material that you need to access this Site. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by metroBRIDAL LLC and we expressly reserve the right to monitor any and all use of this Site You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by metroBRIDAL, LLC or AshevilleBridal.com for use in accessing the Service.
Limitations. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "as-is" and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. Unless you have obtained our prior written permission from the contact found at the conclusion of the Terms of Use, you, and any other users and Sites, may not:
- Copy, modify, or display our name, logo, wordmark, trademarks, text, or graphic images in any way, except as set forth herein;
- Redeliver any of the pages, text, images, or content of this Site using “framing” technology;
- Modify or use the pages, text, images, or content from this Site for any other purpose—doing so is a violation of our copyrights and other proprietary rights;
- Use devices (including software) designed to provide repeated automated access to this Site, other than those made generally available by us, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network related in any way to this Site, without proper authorization. metroBRIDAL LLC reserves the right to take all measures necessary to prevent such access, probing, scanning, or testing, including denial or termination of Service; and
- Include “AshevilleBridal.com,” any other metroBRIDAL LLC trademark, any metroBRIDAL LLC executive's name, or any variation of any of the foregoing, as a meta-tag, hidden textual element, or any other indicator that may create an impression of affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement between any user and/or Site and this Site.
USE OF VISITOR AND ADVERTISER INFORMATION
Bride and Groom Registration. As a Visitor, to obtain access to certain services on our Site, you may be given an opportunity to register with us as a Bride or Groom. If you do register, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. You also confirm that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not register nor attempt to enter the Service under the name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, or other personal information of, another person. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any user that, in our judgment, submits information that we deem offensive or inaccurate. You will be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your assigned or chosen username and password and will notify us of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account. Your information will remain available to our Advertisers for up to one year from the event date you provide in the initial registration.
In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving Services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or metroBRIDAL, LLC has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).We further reserve the right to deny access to our Service to anyone who violates the Terms of Use or who, in our judgment, interferes with the ability of others to enjoy our Site or infringes the rights of others. We also reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, block access to, or edit any postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. We will not, in the ordinary course of business, review private electronic messages that are not addressed to us. However, we maintain the right to do so or to use any other forms of information available to us by virtue of your use of our Site (including, for example, reverse IP address inquiry), in order to comply with the law, to enforce our Visitor Agreement, or to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors to our Site, the public, or metroBRIDAL, LLC, AshevilleBridal.com and their employees, representatives, counsel agents, partners and affiliates.
You may submit photographs, writings, images, artwork or other materials to the “Plan the Perfect Wedding™” page on the Site. Such page is the property of metroBRIDAL LLC and all materials you submit may be used by metroBRIDAL LLC for the limited purpose of promoting metroBRIDAL, LLC and advertising our services in our regular course of business. By submitting information or material to our Site you are representing that you are the owner of such information or material, or are making your submission with the express consent of the owner. By submitting information or material to any public areas of our Site you agree that we, including our partners, agents, affiliates and Service providers (collectively "Third Party Providers"), may reproduce, modify, and distribute such information or material as we see fit in any medium and for any purpose. You also agree that we, including our Third Party Providers, may identify you as the author of any of your postings by name, email address or screen name as we see appropriate.
Advertiser Registration, Agreement and Terms. Businesses wishing to Advertise on this Site in any Category must either (i) provide goods and/or services appropriate for marketing through metroBRIDAL LLC or (ii) be involved in the wedding industry, as determined by metroBRIDAL, LLC in its sole discretion. A very limited number of businesses may provide both Wedding and Destination services. These businesses must choose our top level “Platinum Package” when subscribing in order to list their services in both Wedding and Destination categories. If you are unsure whether your business is wedding related, please contact us for guidance before registering to the contact found at the conclusion of the Terms of Use. Businesses that are deemed to be inappropriate for our Site in our sole discretion may be removed and no refunds will be issued. Businesses must maintain a minimum 'C' rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Any Business found to have a 'D' or 'F' rating with the BBB will be removed immediately with any Subscription canceled and will not be permitted to Subscribe again until a 'C' rating or better is shown by the BBB.
- Lead Selling, Sharing and/or Transfer is Not Allowed. Bride Leads are the sole property of metroBRIDAL, LLC, the owner of this Site. Selling, sharing or transferring our leads to any person, company or entity is prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of this contract with no refunds and potential legal action. Advertiser understands that bridal leads generated as a feature of this Site are random in terms of timeliness of delivery and in the completeness of information contained therein where no guarantees pertaining to lead quality or quantity are expressed or implied. 
- Our Terms of Use and proper Internet etiquette requires that you preserve the integrity and privacy of all users you interact with. Therefore you may send 'bulk' email messages to multiple individuals only by use of the 'Bcc' – blind carbon copy – feature of your email program. Email addresses provided are for your use only and should not be distributed to any other individual in any manner, such as multiple email addresses in the 'To' or 'Cc' (carbon copy) areas of your email program.
- When choosing Categories in which to list your business, you must choose appropriate Categories for your business. For example, if you are a cake baker, you may not be listed in the Floral directory unless you also provide floral services. We reserve the right to deny and remove any listings in any directories that we deem to be inappropriate for your business based on all available resources.
- All Subscribers selecting 'Monthly Term' at the time of Subscription shall be registered and billed in a recurring monthly manner as described below. 'Biannual' (6-Month) rates are only offered to new Subscribers as a 'trial' before moving to an 'Annual Term' subscription. 'Annual Term' Subscriptions are renewed annually and are not recurring.
- Your listing will be added to our Site immediately upon registration and payment of your initial subscription fee.You may change your Subscription level, optional feature choices and other account information at any time.
- Advertisers purchasing the Homepage photo link option understand and agree that, with our unique rotational system, up to five photos from up to five different Advertisers rotate in sequential order each time the Homepage is loaded.
- Subscriptions do not expire until and unless you login to the Advertising Control Panel and indicate your desire to cancel your account by using our online cancellation option at least 10 days prior to your next billing due date in order to avoid charges.
- Online credit card payments are a binding contract. Your monthly credit card statement showing a line item from 'metroBRIDAL LLC' shall serve as your invoice. With all Monthly billing plans your credit card information will be retained on file in a secure environment and will be charged each month, on a set schedule based on the day of the month you first Subscribed until you cancel your Subscription as stated above or you are otherwise notified by metroBRIDAL, LLC of an expired or rejected card. The set schedule shall be: Subscribers joining on days 1-7 of any month shall be billed on the 1st day of any future month, Subscribers joining on days 8-22 of any month shall be billed on the 15th day of any future month, Subscribers joining on days 23-31shall be billed on the 1st day of any future month.
- To ensure uninterrupted service, you should keep your account information, including email address and credit card information, up-to-date at all times.
- If a credit card charge is denied for any reason an email notice of card failure is sent to the Advertiser and access to the Listing may be restricted. Our billing system may attempt repeatedly to bill the card info on file to settle the account.
- After a 2nd denied attempt, your access to your Advertiser Control Panel and our Bride Leads database is restricted. To restore a Listing after 2 denied attempts may require contact with the Site Admin.
- When a credit card charge is denied, your Listing continues to be visible to our Registered Brides and Grooms and fulfils our obligation for your Subscription fee.
- Any card denial must be resolved within 30 days from the date of first denial or the Listing may be permanently removed from the Site. The balance of any commitment may be required in full by check or money order.
- Within one year after reinstatement, should the Subscriber again fail to rectify the denied billing within the 10 day period at any time, any Listing, Advertisement or Link will be permanently removed from our Site and the Subscriber may be barred from using our Services in the future.
- MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, checks, and money orders are the only accepted forms of payment at this time. Credit card payments will appear on your bill as ‘metroBRIDAL LLC Services’.
In the event that you fail to pay any amount when due, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% (or the highest rate allowed by law) of the amount due, compounded daily. In the event we must seek enforcement of our right to receive payment pursuant to the Terms of Use, you shall be liable for all costs and expenses (including any attorney fees) incurred in the collection of such payments.
The Advertiser Agreement is binding and completion of all obligations of the Advertiser Agreement is required. You may request that your listing be removed from our Site at any time, however ALL advertising fees paid at the time of cancellation are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the immediate access to the Services and software afforded to you upon your registration or subscription, i.e. Bride Leads. If you ask us to cancel and delete your account, in most cases your account can be deactivated immediately and then deleted from our advertiser registration database in approximately 90 days. This delay is necessary to discourage users from engaging in fraudulent activity. A Basic Listing may remain on our Site unless you specifically request that your listing be removed in writing as set forth above.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless metroBRIDAL LLC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of this Site, content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOU, or your violation of any rights of another, INCLUDING ANY CLAIMS OF INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
USE OF OUR SERVICE
Visitor and Advertiser Conduct. We provide a Service through which you can directly interact with others in many ways.We want to encourage an open exchange of information and ideas, but at the same time we want everyone to be able to benefit from these Communications Services.
Specific Prohibited Uses. Without limiting the foregoing, we may immediately terminate your use of our Service if you engage in any of the following prohibited activities.You agree to not use the Service to:
1. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that in our discretion might be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or would harm minors in any way; or
2. impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a metroBRIDAL LLC official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; or
3. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service; upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content or material that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under any contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements); or
4. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content or material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; or
5. gather for the purpose of "spamming" any email addresses that visitors or businesses post anywhere on our Site; or
6. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of unwelcome solicitation; or
7. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content or material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; or
8. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service and used to provide the Service; or
9. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law; or
10. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
11. collect or store personal data about other users; or
12. instigating or encouraging others to commit illegal activities or cause injury or property damage to any person; or
13. gain unauthorized access to our Site, or any account, computer system, or network connected to our Site, by any means such as hacking, password mining or other illicit means; or
14. obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through our Site; or
15. upload or post any off-topic or irrelevant material.
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that you, and not metroBRIDAL LLC, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. metroBRIDAL LLC does not control the content posted via or traveling through the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. Under no circumstances will metroBRIDAL LLC be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

No Right of Survivorship and Non-Transferability. You agree that your metroBRIDAL LLC account is non-transferable and any rights to your metroBRIDAL LLC I.D. or contents within your account terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.
Statute of Limitations. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the TOU must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
